THIS Studio was invited for cooperation in the year 2013 in order to design a new idea for the positioning of the PROFBUD brand as well as for total rebranding. The task consisted in preparing comprehensive branding, communication strategy, brand marketing positioning as well as all examples of the company’s communication activity. In the next years the cooperation involved preparing materials and campaigns for advertising PROFBUD activities as well as managing communication budget.
THIS planned and realised a long-term process of building the image of the PROFBUD brand.
Within the marketing campaign we developed comprehensive communication strategy targeted at a sophisticated Client sensitive to quality. We realised a video advertisement with Agnieszka Radwańska, famous tennis player, promoting the Awangarda housing estate in cinemas and on the Internet. Moreover, THIS was shaping media budget and supervising its realisation. We created a number of designs for materials supporting sales based on our knowledge connected with the materials and creating new quality standards for developer’s catalogues. Within graphic design activities we have realised a photo session and a prestigious original album by Jacek Poremba, outstanding Polish portrait photographer. The album was devoted to the atmosphere and surroundings of Fort Bema.
We developed a comprehensive brand identity system for the brand itself and for all Profbud investments. Furthermore, one of the most important documents ensuring brand coherence was created: the PROFBUD Brand Identity Book. We are currently supervising communication coherence of the brand as well as are designing all information processes with the use of traditional media as well as CSR, PR and BTL tools. Advertising campaigns are also being realised at the level of single investments. THIS is also responsible for designing common areas and architectural details differentiating the Profbud product.
