THIS Studio was invited for cooperation at the early stage of shaping the housing estate concept in order to support sales, marketing communication as well as to benefit from the potential of THIS design department. The task of THIS studio consisted in preparing a comprehensive communication strategy, marketing positioning of the housing estate as well as designing advertising materials and campaigns promoting the housing estate in the years 2016-2017.
Awangarda housing estate
THIS Studio got involved in activities connected with architecture. The tasks assigned to us related to landscape architecture designs for the housing estate as well as elements of architectural details aimed at creating the unique character of the area in order for it to reflect high standard of this premium investment.
THIS performed among others unique designs for common areas, an innovative design of the playground incorporated in the surroundings of Awangarda, as well as a number of architectural details.
Within the marketing campaign we developed a comprehensive communication strategy targeted at a sophisticated Client sensitive to quality. We realised a video advertisement with Agnieszka Radwańska, famous tennis player, promoting the Awangarda housing estate in the cinemas and on the Internet. Moreover, THIS was shaping media budget and supervising its realisation. We created a number of designs for materials supporting sales based on our knowledge connected with the materials and creating new quality standards for developer’s catalogues. Within graphic design activities we have realised a photo session and a prestigious original album by Jacek Poremba, outstanding Polish portrait photographer, devoted to the atmosphere and green surroundings of Fort Bema.
